Data Entry & Verification Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Verification Specialist to maintain the integrity of our company database through accurate data input, updating, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & QA: Input data accurately and resolve inconsistencies to ensure 100% data integrity.
Client Interaction: Professionally handle customer inquiries via email and phone.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical files for quick retrieval.
Deadlines: Manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly targets.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
Fast typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets .
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and analytical skills.
