\n \nThis is an excellent opportunity for a 5+ year New York litigator with strong experience handling complex commercial disputes. Experience involving real estate litigation, construction litigation or disputes involving real estate and development is particularly valuable.
\n \nThe role offers significant responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value disputes alongside an established litigation team.
\n \nAbout the Role
\nThe successful attorney will handle complex commercial litigation and business disputes, with meaningful exposure to real estate and construction related matters.
\n \nThe practice includes:
\nAttorneys will have substantial involvement throughout the litigation lifecycle, from case assessment and discovery through motions, depositions, hearings, settlement and trial.
